Lauren is a graduate from the University of Delaware with a degree in Human Services, Education, and Public Policy. However, Lauren's true passion and drive comes from fitness. Her interest in personal training stems from her lifelong participation in many sports including soccer, volleyball, dance and lacrosse. Coaching girls volleyball has sparked her passion for training athletes. "I am extremely excited to share my vision and personal beliefs with others on their journey to reach their goals and take their fitness level to new heights."
Lauren has a variety of certifications which include; ECA, ACE, CPR, First Aid, and IMPACT Coaching. Lauren has gained training and nutrition experience over the last 10 years at multiple large health clubs and has taught cardio kickboxing, TRX as well as nutritional seminars.
Her expertise is in core & stability training, speed & agility, sports conditioning, and functional and flexibility training. "I enjoy working out and I am a national qualified figure competitor in the NPC as well as a pro figure competitor in the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation.
My top priority is to educate others on the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I am extremely excited about fitness and believe the best programs come from listening to your clients' needs by designing customized programs which include nutrition and tracking results..
